Shipping Details

To be as competitive as possible our carriage prices are calculated on size and weight, smaller items will be sent Royal mail (not trackable) and larger items through DPD’s next day service as long as all items are in stock.

We always try and ship on the day we receive the order but please allow up to 5 days as occasionally factors beyond our control may delay shipping.

Premium delivery options are not available for 48 hour and other zones.   Other zones are: AB31, AB33-38 and AB44-56 FK17-99, G83 HS1-9, IV1-99 KA27-28, KW1-17 PA20-787, PH18-50, ZE1-3

Please allow up to 72 hours for delivery to other zones.

Last Order Times

Order before 2.30pm weekdays for next working day delivery.

Delivery Addresses

We can deliver anywhere you would like, be it to your usual address, to site or direct to your customer. Simply specify your delivery address at the Checkout.

We will contact you to confirm the delivery date once you place your order. A signature will be required on delivery unless you contact us to arrange for the items to be left in a safe place or with a neighbor. This will be at your own risk and unfortunately we cannot accept any responsibility for these items.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email containing the consignment number and a link to track your parcel.
